After a long long summer break, we are slowly starting back our activities... in a new space, at Sint Annenstraat 18A in Amsterdam, called Shsh Souvenir Shop!

✏ Riso Walk-in

Saturday, 14th
1 PM - 5 PM

The Riso Walk-in is back!

For the new-comers: get a one-time 15 € introduction to the RZ-300 EP Riso printer, then work independently next time with your nooo-riso certification card. Bring a printed design, found image collage, or drawing to print on our RZ-300 EP.

Do you already have a certificard? You can return at any announced Riso Walk-in on a pay-what-you-print basis. For laptop-based designs, you can use our inkjet printer to make A4 printouts (paid at base price).

First come, first served! Full is full.

& Snacks and drinks
by Shsh Souvenir Shop

1 PM - 6 PM

Regular drinks (tea, coffee and water) will be offered to the Riso Walk-in participants for free. Snacks are not included. Other visitors can purchase snacks and drinks as wished. A selection of fresh handmade snacks will be available on the day.

Everyone is welcome to come sit-down for a chat, read, draw, observe the printing-in-progress. Shsh Souvenir Shop has a spacious and welcoming venue for all. See some pictures of the venue and its past events below.

Come and find the No Other Option crew at the DRUK bookfair.
There will be the NOOO regular assortment of zines, postcards and merch. And our last limited edition of MUGS (ONE MUG, TWO DESIGNS) glazed by our favorite ceramicist & cooking enthusiast Finn Overdevest and illustrated by our in-house dog-lover & drawing club initiator Dasha Leo.

Shsh Souvenir Shop

From now on, until further notice, No Other Option and its printers are very lucky to be hosted at Shsh Souvenir Shop, an artist-run souvenir shop (and more), initiated by Kimberley Cosmilla and Sumin Lee, located at Sint Annenstraat 18A, Amsterdam.

In this yet puzzling space, two parts coexist: At the front, an experimental souvenir shop, curated and supplied by a network of local artists. In the backroom, one may find a secret hangout, a laid-back, license-less dining room, occasionally activated and accessible by whispered invitation.

No Other Option has now become one of the whisperer, and we invite you to come at the Riso Walk-in to print and/or come sit at Shsh Souvenir Shop with us for homemade snacks and warm drinks. Kimberley Cosmilla and Sumin Lee are artists in and out of the kitchen, with our joint program we hope to fill your hearts and bellies.
